By accessing or using MinerKuber.com, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of MinerKuber.com, operated by Kuber LLC, Boston, MA, United States. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Products & Services
MinerKuber.com offers the following services:
- ASIC Miner Sales: Sale of new cryptocurrency mining hardware from brands including Bitmain, IceRiver, Goldshell, MicroBT, Jasminer, Canaan, and others
- Mining Hosting (USA): Rack space, power, cooling, monitoring, and on-site technical support at our facilities in Texas and Wyoming
- ASIC Repair & Maintenance: Diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of mining equipment at our technical center in Boston, MA, United States
- Bulk Orders: Customized pricing and logistics for large-quantity purchases
All products are sold as described. Images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product appearance may vary slightly from photos shown on the website.
Orders & Pricing
All prices displayed on MinerKuber.com are in EUR (€) or USD ($) as indicated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.
- Orders are not binding until confirmed by MinerKuber.com via email
- We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability
- For bulk orders, final pricing is agreed upon in a separate written quotation
- Profitability estimates shown on our website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice
Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), USDT, USDC — sent to wallet addresses provided on your invoice
- Bank Wire Transfer: Details provided upon order confirmation
- Credit/Debit Card: Processed securely via our payment processor
- Zelle (US customers only)
Orders are processed after full payment is received and confirmed. For cryptocurrency payments, a minimum of 1 network confirmation is required before processing begins.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are 10 business days from dispatch, depending on destination and carrier availability. These are estimates and not guarantees.
- In-stock items are typically dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation
- Shipping is free on all orders unless otherwise stated
- Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are the buyer’s responsibility
- All orders are declared at full value with accurate HS codes
- Tracking information is provided by email once the order is shipped
- MinerKuber.com is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or carriers
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:

Hosting Services
By signing up for our hosting service, you agree to the following specific terms:
- Hosting is billed monthly based on actual power consumed at the agreed rate (currently $0.065–$0.07/kWh)
- You retain full ownership of your mining equipment at all times
- We provide 99.9% uptime — downtime due to scheduled maintenance or force majeure events is excluded
- You may withdraw your equipment at any time with 30 days written notice
- MinerKuber.com is not responsible for changes in cryptocurrency prices, mining difficulty, or profitability
- Clients must maintain a positive billing balance; service may be suspended if payments are overdue by more than 7 days
- We reserve the right to modify hosting rates with 30 days advance notice
Repair Services
- Repairs are carried out by certified ASIC technicians at our Boston, MA facility
- A diagnostic fee may apply before a repair quote is provided
- Repairs are covered by a 90-day warranty on the work performed (not the entire unit)
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage or damage caused by incorrect use
- Equipment not collected within 60 days of repair completion may be disposed of after notice
- Shipping costs for sending equipment to us and returning it are the customer’s responsibility
Warranties
All new ASIC miners sold by MinerKuber.com include the manufacturer’s warranty (typically 180–365 days depending on model and brand). Warranty terms vary by manufacturer.
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects only — not damage from improper use, overclocking, or environmental factors
- Warranty claims must be initiated through MinerKuber.com; we will coordinate RMA with the manufacturer
- Warranty is void if the unit has been tampered with, opened by unauthorized personnel, or physically damaged

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MinerKuber.com and its operators shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services
- Changes in cryptocurrency market conditions, mining difficulty, or network hashrate
- Damage to equipment caused by power surges, natural disasters, or force majeure events
- Downtime caused by third-party infrastructure, internet outages, or government restrictions on cryptocurrency activities
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on MinerKuber.com — including text, images, logos, graphics, and code — is the property of Kuber LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without prior written permission. Product brand names and logos belong to their respective manufacturers (Bitmain, IceRiver, Goldshell, etc.) and are used for identification purposes only.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of MinerKuber.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in the United States.
If you are a consumer located outside the United States, you may also have rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, which cannot be waived by contract.
